💳 Terms of Payment – Max InfoTech Ltd.
At Max InfoTech Ltd., we maintain transparent, fair, and professional payment terms to ensure smooth collaboration and project success.
✅ Payment Structure
- Advance Payment: A 50% upfront payment is required before project initiation unless specified otherwise.
- Milestone-Based Payments: For larger or phased projects, payments are divided across agreed-upon milestones, with progress updates before each installment.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final handover or deployment.
💼 Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- Mobile Banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
- Local/International Payment Gateways (subject to agreement)
- Cheque (for local corporate clients only)
⏳ Invoice & Due Dates
- Invoices are sent digitally via email or client portal.
- Standard payment terms are Net 7 Days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Overdue invoices may incur a 2% monthly late fee, and continued non-payment may result in project suspension.
🔄 Project Scope Adjustments
- Any change in scope, timeline, or deliverables after the project begins will be reflected in a revised quote and updated payment terms.
- Additional features or revisions outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In the event of client-initiated cancellation after the project has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be considered at Max InfoTech Ltd.'s discretion, based on the stage of work completed.

- Payment confirmations and queries must be directed to our official accounts or finance team to ensure timely processing.
